Divide the team into two groups based on capability and commitment:
- Group A consists of individuals who are skilled and excel in their roles but lack commitment to the project or organization.
- Group B includes individuals who are committed and motivated but lack the necessary skills or knowledge to effectively manage their tasks, handle pressure, and achieve success. They would benefit from additional training and knowledge.
Select a leader for each group:
- Choose a leader from Group A who demonstrates exceptional capability.
- Choose a leader from Group B who shows outstanding commitment.
Assign tasks to each group to foster mutual growth:
- Have Group A create tasks for Group B aimed at enhancing their capabilities, confidence, and self-sufficiency.
- Have Group B design tasks for Group A focused on improving their commitment, work ethic, and positive attitude.
The objective of these tasks is to ensure that the team becomes well-rounded, ready to handle any challenges, and adaptable to changes both within the company and in their personal lives.
